Secure Packaging
Carefully place the ring in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with all original certification documents.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we require fully insured transit for all antique pieces.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
